Once we complete Stage 1 and agree to move forward by signing the Buyer’s Agency Agreement, the real work begins. From there, we begin the next steps in your property journey.

My services are tailored to your needs, including organizing inspections, coordinating conveyancing, and managing settlement. My goal is to ensure a smooth and stress-free buying experience.

  • I coordinate with agents, lawyers, mortgage brokers, and other professionals to ensure a seamless and hassle-free settlement process.

  • By working with me, I can coordinate all necessary approvals and processes to schedule minor or major renovations right after settlement, transforming the property into your ideal home.
